As well as our published retreats, the Wellness Centre has also helped a number of different groups tailor-make their own retreats. Not only is the Wellness Centre immersed in a beautiful locale in Port Stephens, we also offer access to a wonderful array of local activities and attractions that can enhance your program. In addition, our wholesome catering options and myriad of accommodation make the Wellness Centre an ideal choice.

In addition, we have a number of practitioners who can provide content on a wide array of wellness subject matter from general relaxation techniques through to more specialised areas that are specific to your group’s needs.
