Reduce Stress & Live Better with Sheryl Hockey

Stress is a part of our everyday lives, but chronic stress changes the way that our body and mind work together, which has long-term impacts on our health and well-being.

Are you stressed? If so, what do you do about it? Do you ignore it, have another coffee (or wine), sleep it off, yell at your kids or partner, or do you have a plan?

At this fun, interactive and informative session you will:

  • learn what stress is and how it affects your body, your health, your emotions, your energy levels and your longevity;
  • learn hands on tools to define and reduce the impact of stress in your life so that you can choose ways of supporting your body when it needs you the most;
  • learn how to recognize and reduce the impact of stress in your life and discover how to consciously choose better health;
  • disconnect from the everyday grind and enjoy an environment infused with inspiration and motivation.

We encourage you to come and join us on a winter’s eve to enjoy some ME time, in the company of great friends… all with the same goal – to live the best life we possibly can in health and happiness.

Also included on this evening, is the opportunity to relax, sample some of our treatments and enjoy beautiful wholesome food and drink.

The Natural Kitchen will be serving Indian dhal: Slow cooked Indian curry served with a sprinkle of housemade sukkah brown rice, oven roasted pumpkin and side of natural yoghurt!

Enjoy an evening surrounding by our supportive team and grounded by our stunning natural bushland setting. After all, you deserve it!

Cost: only $15 and includes entry plus food & drink.
