- Discover how you can enjoy meditation through some accessible and achievable techniques; learn to be still, breathe and be in the present moment.
- Learn to appreciate the present, bringing us to a state of peace, joy and relaxation.
- Move into a sense of wholeness and balanced awareness – pure bliss!
- Nicole will share and discuss with you a range of benefits which result in introducing meditation into your life, including achieving clearer consciousness, reduced stress, anxiety, anger and frustration, better health, mental strength and energy and better quality sleep.
Ultimately, through regular practice, you can expect to experience a better mind/body connection and awareness of self through healing & transformation, creating wellness and fullness as an awakened human being.
