This 10 week course will empower and educate you to make healthier choices for you and your family.
The focus is on bringing you up to date with the latest in research (including discussions around electromagnetic fields and why and how to reduce these frequencies), toxins in our environment, air, water and food supply and how to avoid them, label reading consumer products including food, cleaning products, skin care products, etc, and so much more!
You will be given a notebook to brainstorm, journal and work through topics as we cover them.
This is yours to take home filled with ideas, your light bulb moments and methods around how to incorporate this information into your life.
Some topics covered include: Detox your mindset, Chemical awareness and exposure avoidance, a discussion of major organs of elimination and how we can support these organs, nutrition, and so much more!
