For over twenty years, she has travelled the world while developing a practice devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Her work is grounded in a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to find balance when given the right support and space.
Through Ortho-Bionomy®, yoga, meditation and massage she guides you in recognising and releasing patterns of pain and stress so your body can move with greater ease and your mind can return to clarity and balance

Harsha is a caring health practitioner and a passionate educator. He is also an innovative thinker and a visionary leader. Through his philosophy of Vidya~Sofia, Harsha offers solutions for the enhancement of human health and wellbeing. He can also help transform strategic and complex problems into simplified solutions.​

Human wellbeing, sovereignty and fulfilment are themes that have always been close to Harsha’s heart. Through his unique life-journey (in Sri Lanka, Australia and Sweden) and through his own rigorous inquiry into the wellbeing of the human condition, Harsha gained a profound understanding of human wellbeing and the means to achieve it.

​Harsha holds a master’s degree in teaching (University of Sydney), a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (University of Sydney), a graduate certificate in commerce (University of Sydney) and a graduate certificate in physics education (University of Canberra). He is a registered pharmacist (AHPRA) and a registered educator (NESA) in Australia.

Elizabeth is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker/Authorised Children’s Court Clinician
