Matwork Pilates is a low-impact workout that uses your bodies core muscles to strengthen, stretch and tone. Matwork Pilates is a full body workout that is ideal for any level of fitness, those in physical rehabilitation and pre and post pregnancy.
Based on the beautiful and unique method of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates, Matwork allows you to practice it anywhere at any time, utilising your body as resistance. As you begin to master the exercises, you will notice not only a change in your posture but also in the way you move. Your body and mind will be subconsciously applying the principles into your everyday life, allowing you to feel stronger, revitalised and more agile.
